Refund Policy: Dues and donations are not refundable, unless there are extenuating circumstances, which would require a vote from the Board. Registration fees are refundable up to two (2) weeks before the date of the event. This refund policy doesn’t include hotel registration fees, which are subject to the cancellation policies of the hotel.
